Our first Laboratory in Asian Cuisine happened last Thursday, July 5,2012.
But beforehand, I was a bit nervous because in our class, there were only few students,so that means, there will be more hands-on and one on one with the teacher, plus I do not know how our adviser will handle us during laboratory, so I don't know yet what would really happened.

But it turned out very well, and I praise the Lord for His guidance and strength that He has given me, all through out. :))

To satisfy my happiness. Here are the food that we cooked. :))
Chili Crab
Mi Goring.
Rojak Salad
Mushroom, Shrimp and Bean Curd Soup
Sago Pudding
Everything that we cooked are Singaporean dish. Since I am allergic to crab, I satisfy my self with the soup and the noodles. :)) hooray!
Now, I'm hungry.
