Baking Practice.

About 2 weeks ago, our aged-oven is BACK! 

And I was really happy because, right now, I have HRM 115, The Baking and Pastry subject, that is one of our major subjects, and I am really sure, with my Mother's expertise, she could help me, and she will, and she did! :)

My first design was the basket weaving. 

My mom first did the first strokes, then after a while I followed what she did, then it end up, OMG! It's disgusting. I mean, it's not as beautiful as my mom's works. :(

But after a while,I realized, it's alright, because it's my first time, and since it's my first time it's not always perfect..

Obviously, I made this butter cake for my favorite nephew, and we don't have more eggs for the meringue, so we used butter icing instead, so that explains why the cake is color yellow.

and defensively saying, I don't know what to write other than Zac's name, so I just draw something like smileys and wings, HA! I know it's not obvious.

Then, this is my basket weaving, not pretty right? tssssssssss.

So there, that was my Baking Practice two-weeks ago, on a Saturday night!.
